ShiftFilla – $500 Referral Incentive Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is ShiftFilla Limited (NZBN 9429053365491) (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 1 February 2026 until 11:59pm NZDT on March 2027. The prize draw will take place on 15 March 2027.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter:

3.1 General

You must:

• Be a registered user of Shift Filla
• Be 18 years or older
• Be a New Zealand resident / Hold a valid visa with work rights
• Hold an active Basic+ subscription
• Maintain that Basic+ subscription for at least 9 months within the 12-month Promotion Period

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two prize pools:

• Worker Prize – $500 NZD
• Venue Prize – $500 NZD

Each has separate entry criteria.

4.1 Worker Entry Requirements

A Worker receives one entry into the draw for each time they:

• Refer five (5) new workers using their unique referral link; and
• Each referred worker completes at least ten (10) shifts through the Platform within the Promotion Period.

Only valid, completed shifts recorded in the Platform count.

4.2 Venue Entry Requirements

A Venue receives one entry into the draw for each time they:

• Refer three (3) new venues using their unique referral link; and
• Each referred venue posts at least ten (10) completed shifts through the Platform within the Promotion Period.

Only published shifts visible on the Platform count.

5. Subscription Requirement

To qualify for any entry, both the referrer and all referred users must maintain an active Basic+ subscription for at least 9 months during the 12-month Promotion Period. If a subscription is cancelled or refunded early, all related entries become invalid.

6. Prize

Two prizes will be awarded:

The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.

7. Draw & Winner Selection

• The draw will take place on 1 April 2027
• Each valid entry is given one chance
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries
• The draw will be conducted electronically.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be:

• Announced on the official Shift Fillas Instagram account @shiftfilla
• Contacted via their registered contact number

The Promoter will not be responsible for unread, missed, or spam-filtered emails.

9. Claiming the Prize

Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of announcement.

To claim, the winner must:

• Confirm identity
• Provide valid New Zealand bank account details

If a winner does not claim within 30 days, the Promoter may redraw or cancel the prize at its discretion.

10. Fraud & Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any entry that:

• Uses fake or duplicate accounts
• Attempts to manipulate referrals
• Violates the Platform Terms of Use
• Engages in misleading or abusive behaviour

The Promoter’s decision is final.

11. Tax

Prizes may be subject to tax depending on the winner’s personal circumstances. Winners are responsible for their own tax obligations.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:

• Technical failures
• Lost or invalid entries
• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Company clouser

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

13. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Shift Filla’s Terms and conditions.

14. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

15. Acceptance

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
